Hands down (and this is a long-term, ongoing task), my most important goal and task is to take care of my health by: reducing harmful habits/behaviors (e.g. reduce eating/drinking things that do not have any redeeming qualities). Whenever I feel that I am improving myself mentally and physically, I find that I am far more productive with my work.
