Once your listing is live on Occupyd, Space Seekers will be able to message you with questions about the space. You’ll be notified every time you get an enquiry, so keep an eye on your emails. ✉️
Price negotiation
Space Owners that negotiate on price get more bookings!
To help you negotiate, we’ve added a Price Negotiation feature that you can activate when creating or editing the details of your listing. This allows Space Seekers to make an offer for your space and increases the chances of striking a deal 🤝
