You have 48 hours to confirm or decline a booking request before it expires, so make sure you respond in time. No worries, when you get a request, you will receive an email notifying the great news and further information on how to connect with the Space Seeker.

Respond the request within 48 hours to avoid impacting your response rate. If you confirm, the Space Seeker can start using the space from the booking start date and you will be all set to get paid directly into your bank account.

If you decline, you should make sure your space availability is up to date to avoid declining other requests.

How to respond to a booking request:

  1. Go to your Inbox dashboard and select the request you would like to respond
  2. Click “confirm booking” or “decline request” and follow the instructions
  3. Send a message to the Space Seeker with the space address and any additional information which you think is relevant

Response rate

Remember, whether you accept or decline, the amount of time it takes you to respond to requests is factored into your response rate. Space Owners with high response rate are 70% more likely to get booking requests.
